Changing a company’s main registered activity is a common procedure when the business shifts its focus to other areas. The Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) is the authority responsible for this type of registration.

What is required to change the main activity?

To complete the change successfully, the following documentation should be prepared:

• Registration application for changing the main activity (Mandatory data + Annex 04)
• Decision of the competent company body on changing the main activity
• Proof of payment of the prescribed registration fee

According to APR rules, in addition to the registered main activity, a company may also perform all other activities that are not prohibited by law, regardless of whether they are specifically listed in the founding act or statute.

2. The competent company body adopts a decision on changing the main activity.
